Just want things to work out!

Right now it seems like nothing is going our way. Our new home hasn't been started yet, we have been told for 4 Thursdays now that a hole would be dug. Then when I show up to see how things are progressing I see a pile of dirt well not a pile a mound of dirt on our property. Not a happy camper. So no progress on the new home. Except yesterday they were moving the mound of dirt, so I hope that is a good sign.
On our old home we got an offer it was less than what we wanted but were willing to do it. Thought that would make the couple happy but NOPE they keep coming back with stuff they want us to fix. Their realtor is a real douche bag. I normally don't say that about people, but this women will not give up. She says our home is old and worn out. She wants us to basically give it away. Well she pushed a little too far. So as it sits we will not be making any fixes and will not be allowing a second walk through. As far as I am concerned they can take it for the original offer or they can shove it where to sun don't shine.
We will be telling our realtor that we are done with him as well. He is a very nice guy but is not aggressive at all. We went with him  because of Dave Ramsey, but I really have been unhappy with his work on both helping us find a home and selling our old home. It feels like I am paying him for work that I did myself. That is a lot of money I am paying him for my work.
As far as this experience goes I have not enjoyed selling a home. It hasn't been a good experience.
