So I have noticed that I swear a lot!!! Last week in Sacrament I made the goal not to swear. Sooo I worked on it all week. Then Friday I lost it!! Oh the devil was working on me extra hard.
This week my goal is to not spend so much time on facebook!!! I have noticed that my kids think I spend too much time on the computer. They are right. So instead I am going to go play and have fun with them.

it's good to have goals and good to remember that if we slip up then we simply need to renew our goal and start again. Good luck with the computer goal - that's a hard one but well worth it!
