That is what I think about speeding tickets. No wonder why the state can afford new buildings. I was talking to a friend a couple of days ago and she said she donated $115.00 to the new building that is going up on highway 89. I thought she was being serious, but she got a ticket.
That night big daddy was on his way home from Farmington. He had to take Little Josh for a physical. He was going 55 mph he thought it was at least 50mph well he got pulled the speed limit was 40mph so he was sited for 9 over( that was nice, since it was more like 16 over).
So today I called to see how much we needed to pay $90 I about died. That just blows!!!

I'm laughing w/ you!! ;)
You know, he might not have to pay that ticket if his record is good and he's willing to take a defensive driving course! He'd have to check with the prosecutor to see first!!
YEP, he'd still have to pay it. Defensive Driving course is like $50 ontop of the ticket fees. If he has a good record they could and probably would offer to not put it on his record but you still have to pay and if you choose to not have it go on your record you pay another $25. Thus the $115 donation to the new city building in NSL. Good luck!
