I can't say it enough

I am blessed to have such Awesome kids!! Today I am feeling blessed that my oldest didn't get hurt worse when he hit a car long boarding without a helmet. He really could have died, or been hurt very badly. But he is up and back to normal. I love being his mom. Although most of the time he frustrates me beond belief, he is my pride and joy, and the thought of something bad happening to him makes my heart ache. That boy can tug at my heart strings!!
I am so grateful for the relationship that I have with him. For the weird conversations that we have, and for him feeling comfortalbe enough with me to talk to me. I am so gateful that he knows I am here for him. That he knows with out a doubt even when I am mad at him I still love him.
All my kids have a special place in my heart!! I love each of them for different things.
It has been hard this year watching Josh grow up, having him want to date, or hang out with girls!! Gosh When I was his age I had a steady boyfriend(Josh Redd). I am so proud that he just wants to be friends with girls.
He was talking to me yesterday and said that a girl( One that he likes) kind of told him that she liked him. He was so excited. She was explaining this Boy that she liked. He just smiled. She said" He is nice and sweet, he isn't like all the other boys, he is carring and he listens to me." He is always there for me when I need him. That was a proud mommy momment. Makes you feel like you have done something right. I am grateful that he treats girls with respect!! Couldn't be prouder!
