Feeling Good!

Well this week I started a new way of eating. Today it has kicked my butt, but I am doing great now. I have started eating a protein shake for breakfast,and lunch, I still eat a good lunch, but for dinner I have a shake, and a tiny dinner. I have tried to drink more water and less diet coke, which is big for me I love my SODA. Today I gave in to it, I had a bad headache, and couldn't shake it. I almost vomited.
Any way. As we all know my birthday is coming up, not for a while, but my dear sweet hubby bought me a BIKE!! That's right a bike, and she is a beauty. I had to laugh when we went to pick it out. I rode a few Mountain bikes, and I felt like my knees were hitting my boobs it wasn't comfortable. It didn't matter what bike, or what size it just didn't feel right let alone trying to get on it with bad hips. I was laughing inside!!
Then Josh said well you need one of these bikes, I laughed yeah right I would look like the biggest dork! I want a Mountain bike. I like the look better. He says I'm telling you that you need this bike. So one of the employees walks over, and we ask him what type of bike would you suggest for me? Well he pointed to one kind of like the one Josh did. I just laughed, I said really? He said with your hips I think you will love it. SO I got on it and let me say It was the most comfortable bike I have ever owned, even my Mountain bike that was around $1,200 that got stolen. I loved it.
I do have to say I think I fit it just great, all I need is a basket and an umbrella, then I could look like Mary Poppins But hey I love it. I road all the way to Winegars. It felt so great. I am looking forward to biking with Josh and the kids this summer. YEAH!!!
