POOLS!

So yesterday my sister-in-law(Kim) came over to hang out. We were going to fill the little pool up and let the girls swim in it, but I found that some lovely person had run it over and put two nice holes in it. So we decided to pack 7 littel kids around to find a new one. We went to 3 stores,first k-mart then smiths market place. Smiths had a huge pool for $60. Kim just teasing says" you should get this one." I just gave her a funny look like yea right. I wasn't so sure that I wanted to drop $60 on a pool, so we went to Shopko and Shopko saved the day(so we thought). We got this cute pool for a good price($15) went home filled it up and found it had a hole.

So in the mess of all this Josh calls from Vernal I am telling him what we are doing and that Kim saw this nice pool for $60 but that I went with a small one for $15 and found that it had a whole so we were taking it back. He says to me "Why don't you get the big one with all the pools you have bought you have spent more that $60." Kim is just laughing. So we load all the kids back in the van and go back to Smiths to get the BIG pool. It took all night to fill. Kim and I had fun the whole time and some how we convinced my brother to come and help(it didn't take much just a PLEASE). After we got the pool filled I ordered pizza and then Pj and Kim stayed and helped me clean up my back yard that was a MESS. There is still some work, but looks a ton better.

I do have to say that Kim and Pj have sure helped me not miss Josh, one week down and 2 to go. Kim and I hang out almost every day. We have built a good relationship. And we enjoy letting our kids hang out. It feels good to have someone to talk to and to learn new things from. She is a good cook, and very crafty.

Today we are up for more pool fun. Now that it is full and the sun has warmed it. the kids should have a blast.
