Nice Day

Today was our Grandma Ruths funeral. I believe we all had a good day. Everyone who was on the program did a great job. We all cried and laughed and cried and laughed. It was amazing to see how many lives our little grandma had touched. She was a great example to all of us on what kind of people we should be. Grandma loved everyone, and would do anything for any one. All of the grandkids read the 10 things they loved about grandma that we gave her for her birthday, and then the in-laws of the married kids wrote a song to grandma that went with the tune Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys. It was fun. Tomorrow I will post some pictures.
I do have to say I love my husbands family, and the bond that we all have. We have spent every day together for almost a week. It has been great. And to his mom. I am so glad that she had 7 kids. To see her today and the support from all her kids was great.
