Grandma Ruth

Yester day We got a phone call that my husbands grandmother wasn't doing well. He got off work and we went over to her rest home. We got there at about 11:30a.m and we spent most the day with her. We left at 8:30pm at about 9:40 we got a phone call saying that grandma had passed. It was sad, Now my husbands mother is the olny one left of her family. So grandma is now with grandpa and our two uncles, and her parents. We will miss her, but are grateful for the time we had with her.
Here is a little slid show of her funeral.
The in-laws wrote these words to Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys and sang it at the frneral.

Grandma's are easy to love, but hard to let go
They hug and they kiss and they share and they cook and they sew
Ruth gave so mcuh with her stories and trinkets galoare
She shared all she had, made all of us glad,
all the way down to the core.

Fahter please welcome grandma back into heaven
Don't worry abour cussin' coke and such
Remember the good and the lives that she touched
Father please welcome grandma back into heaven
She gave us her heart and made us feel part
Ruthie's with Junior again

Some how she skied from one end of lake powel to the other
Our granny, our sister, our friend our neighbor and mother
We loved her stong will , she gave us a thrill
A hell of a grandma she is

Fahter please welcome grandma back into heaven
Don't worry abour cussin' coke and such
Remember the good and the lives that she touched
Father please welcome grandma back into heaven
She gave us her heart and made us feel part
Ruthie's with Junior again
