Boring, Boring

I have a few minutes to myself so I thought it was a good time to write on my blog. Although I am not sure why. I guess it is kind of like a journal. But I also enjoy reading the comments.
I recently went to SEP's at Orchard where two of my kids go. I was so pleased with what the teachers had to say. Both Kids are doing great and the teachers just love them. Although I will have to say that I never had to worry about my boys in any area, they just seemed to pick everything up. My daughter is very smart, but likes to get things done and so she hurrys and is needing help in some areas. Today I go to adelaide to see my other sons teacher. I know that she is going to tell me what a great kid he is and how smart he is. I am so lucky to have smart kids.
It is hard watching them grow up. My oldest is 12 and now he wants to stay after scouts and play basketball. I didn't want him to because he needs to get to bed, but I know that I never was able to do things like that, so I gave in. I have got to pick my battles. And I figure if it's not a moral issue then were good. It is hard because I still want to treat him like he is 5 and like he needs my help and advice on everything(poor Kid) anyway that is what is going on in the Redds house.
