Well today is Monday, and I have just about had it with my two boys. They can't seem to keep their hands off of each other. I keep asking them to leave each other alone, and they just keep hitting and punching and kicking and pinching each other. They love to see if they can make each other cry and I am at my wits end. You would think at 11 an 10 that they would listen to me but it seems like they are deaf to my voice. They bug the girls also and by the end of the day I am so so glad when they go to bed. So if any one has some good advise as to what to do let me know.
Football has started, and I am hoping that it will take some of the energy out of them, I am thinking since I am Josh's coach I can make him run extra laps and make him tired so he will leave everyone alone, but then he gets mad at that. He doesn't like me being his coach. Saturday I told his dad that he can coach and I will just help at practices. I don't want to give Joshie a complex. Football starts in August, and goes to the end of October. We love football. And are excited for another year.
I love being a mom, but some days I feel like I am going nuts. This whole boy thing is driving me crazy. Girls are so much mellower. I hope that the teenage years get better. I am sure they will. Most the time I have a great time with my boys it's just those few times where they are so energetic.
School starts on August 29, Josh will be going to Adelaide and Brandon and Lili will be going to Orchard. I think that Josh needed to be with his friends this year, and Brandon and Lili need to go to Orchard, it's a little closer for them to walk, and then they are with kids from the ward also. I have heard good things about Orchard.
This year it will just be me and Mary home all day, and then next year she will go to kindergarten at Orchard. I am going to enjoy having her home to help me. We aren't goning to know what to do with ourselves. Thats whats going on in our family.
